Carnal-Roberts Agency is an Independent Insurance Agency, which means we represent many different companies so we can find the one that is right for you. We can shop your insurance for you instead of you having to call around. Our customers are our most important asset. We pride ourselves with the present level of customer service and customer satisfaction. Our agency is continually developing methods to enhance customer service.
The agency opened for business in 1947 by T.F. Richardson. Pat Carnal took over in 1975 and Tim Roberts joined him in 1979. We have received many customer service awards including State Auto's Top 100 Inner Circle, Chamber of Commerce Summit Award and Pinnacle Award, Spotlight Agency in State Auto's SA Today Magazine. We are involved in Lexington community events, Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Carl Perkins Child Abuse Center and the United Way.
Our employees, who all have strong ties to the area, are courteous, dedicated, friendly, competent, knowledgeable and tenured with a total of 250 years of combined experience in the insurance business. Our staff attend seminars and training on new laws, policies and procedures that govern the insurance industry as well as other information that help our customers.
